Emergency communications from the ground up

The REDiSat™ Network uses a system capable of variable-bandwidth management and actively administers satellite space allocation to respond to disaster and other emergency situations. The system is built upon TDM/TDMA architecture, enabling multiple users to share a pool of dedicated and occasional bandwidth.

Two classes of service are available to REDiSat™ Network users through a low fixed monthly subscription fee: 1,024/128 Kbps and 1,024/256 Kbps (Download/Upload IP Data Rates). A variable hourly rate applies only when the network is in use. When clients need voice and Internet connectivity, REDiSat™ Network provides bandwidth for VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) plus bandwidth for Internet access within minutes, helping connect you when all other forms of communication may be disrupted or otherwise unavailable.

The Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) located on your site consists of a pre-aligned, removable 1.2-meter Ku-band antenna with non-penetrating roof mount, a Low Noise Block downconverter (LNB), a two-watt Block Up Converter (BUC) and a satellite modem.

The Benefits

By putting back-up communications capabilities on site at your business locations, REDiSat™ Network delivers affordable around-the-clock connectivity and peace of mind. For financial institutions, as an example, branches and remote offices could be able to reestablish critical data and voice services virtually within minutes.
