Two classes of service are available to REDiSat Network users through a low fixed monthly subscription fee: 1,024/128 Kbps and 1,024/256 Kbps (Burstable Download/Upload IP Data Rates). A variable hourly rate applies only when the network is in use. When clients need voice and Internet connectivity, REDiSat Network provides bandwidth for VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) plus bandwidth for Internet access within minutes, helping connect you when all other forms of communication may be disrupted or otherwise unavailable.

The Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) located on your site consists of a pre-aligned, removable 1.2-meter Ku-band antenna with non-penetrating roof mount, a Low Noise Block downconverter (LNB), a two-watt Block Up Converter (BUC) and a satellite modem.

CONUS coverage is currently provided by the AMC-6 satellite Ku-band beam, whose high-power can accommodate a 1.2-meter antenna
