    Context:

    The Sales Administrator provides administrative and organizational support to the IP Prime Department.


    EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • +5 years of Administrative support experience required.
    • Some college or administrative assistant courses preferred.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (both oral and written).
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a culturally diverse organization.
    • Ability to work independently and across teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in an accurate and organized manner.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work with minimal supervision.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Coordinate scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements and itineraries.
    • Assist in preparation of presentations.
    • Process contracts, invoices, expense reports and subscriptions.
    • Support administration of customer events.
    • Occasional travel to participate in trade show and industry events
    • Update Siebel database.
    • Create and maintain a customer/vendor database for equipment and license purchases
    • Attend departmental meetings and take minutes.
    • Answer all telephone calls for the group plus the 800 sales number.
