Responsible for overseeing IP Prime Customer Head end installation, acceptance, activation, and post cutover TOC transfer. Responsible for providing oversight, testing and logistic services for all IPTV field locations. Act as primary on-site SES representative to prepare and deploy in the field IP Prime Head-end equipment. Ensure all documentation and testing is prepared and performed in accordance with IP Prime implementation procedures.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in an implementation and field support role.
• Associates 2-year Technical degree/diploma (or equivalent combination of experience/education) Electronic Engineering Technology.
• Ability to gain in-depth understanding of the architecture of various IP Prime platforms and products. Ability to install, troubleshoot and deliver operational IP Prime Head End systems within prescribed timeline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written).
• Highly skilled implementation engineering and matrix managing others efforts. Demonstrated ability to matrix-manage 3rd party vendors. Ability to interpret and understand engineering specificaitons and documentation
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple work assignments. Demonstrated ability to work in a culturally diverse organization.
• Knowledgeable of Operations processes and procedures.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Ability to interpret, analyze and create network communication diagrams. Generate computer-aided drawings.
• Excellent organizational, written ad communications skills. Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Domestic travel as required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for IP Prime Head End Field installations.
• Act as primary SES interface on-site for our customer installations.
• Responsible for as-built drawing accuracy of installed systems.
• Perform installation site acceptance testing - ATP.
• Interfaces with the Technical Operations Center (TOC) on any customer equipment issues impacting delivery of services during installaiton.
• Collaborate with Engineering resources to continually review and enhance ATP
