Associate Program Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, leadership and work experience in a related field preferred;
or
MBA or advanced engineering degree, leadership and work experience in a related field preferred;
or
Government employees transitioning from related agencies, such as FCC, NASA, DOD, NTIA or Department of Homeland Security; or Transitioning members of the Armed Forces.

And:

• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder;
• Superior academic performance;
• Demonstrated exemplary leadership attributes and results;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Team oriented;
• Creative and innovative; and
• Geographically mobile
