At SES AMERICOM we’re taking technology to a new level. Why not take your career to a new level by joining the inaugural class of the SES AMERICOM Associate Program?

SES AMERICOM is looking for highly talented, motivated and successful individuals to join our exciting Associate Program. The Program was designed for individuals who want to accelerate their careers by participating in an innovative global leadership development program. It’s an excellent way to get a broad view of AMERICOM while quickly developing your professional skills.

Over a 24-month period, participants will be assigned four challenging rotations, including an international assignment. Rotations provide exposure in selected functions of our business, including Sales and Marketing, Finance, Space and Operations and Business Development.

The Associate Program offers many outstanding opportunities for you to continue to learn and develop, which is essential to your success at SES AMERICOM. Opportunities exist in formal classroom training, eLearning, mentoring and/or coaching, and partnering with other professional leaders to enrich your Program experience.
